The shuttle service allows 2 standard size* bags plus 1 hand carry bag**, Free of charge. 

We allow each Child Ticketed passenger (child under the age of 2) 1 standard size* bag, Free of charge. 

One oversized bag is the equivalent of two standard sized bags. 

Any bags over these limits will incur additional fee of $75 per bag.  

No sports equipment allowed without special approval before booking your reservation.

*Standard size bag is defined as: Any bag or fully enclosed box with a Maximum size of 62 inches (L+W+H) and a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Example: 20" + 10" + 32" = 62"

**A hand carry bag is to be defined as any hand-held item that can be comfortably and safely held in the passenger's lap or can be safely stored on the floor between the passenger's feet without inconveniencing any passenger seated next to, in front of, or behind them.

DENVER AIRPORT TO ESTES PARK:

Shuttle pick up is on LEVEL 5/(Baggage Claim), East side, Door 513, Island 1

Shuttles arrives 10-15 minutes before listed departure time.

You will be taken directly to the event venue (YMCA of the Rockies) in Estes Park.

ESTES PARK TO DENVER AIRPORT:

The shuttle will depart from the event venue, YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park.

You will be dropped off at your designated airline at the airport.

Your shuttle reservation is fully refundable until October 1. After that, it is not refundable.

Denver International Airport (DEN) is the largest airport in the United States and second largest in the world by land area, at over 50 square miles. While the terminal itself isn't nearly that large, the way it's laid out means it might take a little extra time to get to baggage claim and collect your luggage.

We strongly recommend that you allow for at least an hour between scheduled arrival time into DEN and when the shuttle is scheduled to depart. If you're not checking any bags, you have a little more flexibility, but due to weather and other causes for delay, it's always safe to allow a little extra time.

Yes! While we don't have any events specifically for children that young, if they're coming along you won't have to pay for their seat on the shuttle.

It takes between 1.5 to 2 hours to travel to the event venue from Denver International Airport. Please take this into consideration when booking your flight arrival and departure times.

If you don't want to miss any of the event program, you'll want to arrive at the airport in late morning to early afternoon (in time for the 1:00 PM or 4:00 PM shuttle) on Thursday, November 7.

To catch the last session on Sunday, November 10 be sure to book your flight departing after 2:00 PM. This allows for driving time and sufficient time to check in and get to your gate for your flight.
